What Is Ceramic Polishing?

Ceramic polishing is a precision finishing process that creates a mirror-like finish on multi-piece wheel centres, lips, and complete wheels.

Using advanced chemical compounds, calibrated high end Rolls Royce approved machinery along with plastic and ceramic media, it delivers results that rival chrome plating in depth and lustre.

The process works to micron-level tolerances, ensuring consistent shine across every wheel regardless of size or material. Your wheels surface become hydrophobic due to the work-hardening polishing process so water does not like to stick and beads off! Because of this advanced technique, the polished finish resists fading and dulling far longer than traditional polishing methods. The result is a shinier finish that lasts.

In short nothing and no one elses metal polish finish comes close.

How Long Does It Take?

Creating this finish demands significant dedication. Our process involves 16-40+ hours of meticulous work—sanding the metal to a smooth surface and running it through three stages of ceramic polishing. We work with the metal's natural potential to achieve the best possible shine. While perfection isn't attainable, we consistently deliver results that come remarkably close.

What About the Price?

Price can only be estimated once we see your wheels in person. If the estimate suits your budget, we'll chemically strip them back to raw metal and provide an exact quote. As a guide, polishing starts at $499 per wheel face or complete single-piece wheels that have not been polished before.

Every wheel is different, so pricing varies based on condition and complexity. If your wheel centre is chrome plated, we'll need to Chemically remove the old chrome, which incurs an additional cost. We'll confirm all details and final pricing once we've inspected your wheels.

What Is It Like To Clean?

Your wheels develop a hydrophobic surface through our advanced work-hardening polishing process, Closing over all the micro holes in the metals grain structure. Water naturally beads and rolls off rather than clinging to the finish, keeping your wheels cleaner for longer and reducing water spotting between washes. The difference is immediate and lasting—no more dulling or easy staining the next day like traditional polishing methods.

Whats Better Traditional Polish Or Ceramic Polish?

While Traditional Hand Polishing offers a bespoke, high-mirror shine, it is labor-intensive and can leave inconsistent swirl marks in tight gaps. I

n contrast, Vibratory Ceramic Polishing is an industrial-grade process that uses high-frequency vibration and abrasive ceramic media. This method ensures a perfectly uniform, 360-degree finish—polishing every crevice, spoke, and barrel to a perfection-level luster that manual tools simply cannot reach.
