Detailed Inspection & Consultation

Stripping & Surface Prep

Old finishes are carefully removed via chemical or mechanical methods. Depending on the chosen finish The wheel could then be cleaned, carefully media blasted, and prepared to perfection—creating the ideal surface for a flawless finish.

Repair & Reshaping

Any damage such as curb rash, corrosion, dents or pitting is professionally corrected using industry-leading tools and potential welding techniques.

Refinishing & Colour Application

This is where the magic happens. Choose from a curated menu of luxury finishes (see below), or let us match your original colour with OEM precision.

Final Curing, Polishing & Quality Control

Once refinished, wheels are either cured, sealed or polished—followed by a rigorous quality control inspection to ensure every detail is immaculate.

Full disassembly to individually assess each component—face, lip, and barrel
• Lip & barrel straightening, polishing, or refinishing
• Face refinishing in any chosen style: painted, powder-coated, brushed,ceramic polished or plated finish like triple chrome or real 24k gold.
• Hardware inspection or replacement, including the option to upgrade to titanium or coloured bolts
• Precision reassembly & sealing, ensuring airtight integrity and balanced performance

    A favourite among custom builds, this finish reveals the raw metal grain beneath either a transparent clear or colour-tinted clear coat—creating a modern, industrial-chic aesthetic.

    Our CNC machine creates precision-cut finish with razor-sharp detail for that perfect diamond cut look. Ideal for luxury, oldschool and OEM factory wheels that feature the ever so favourite contrast or two-tone styling. Paired with a powder coated restoration for the perfect recreated look.

    For clients who prefer a more understated luxury finish, satin or matte clears can be applied over any base—bringing sophistication without the shine.
